About Me

My professional career began around 20 years ago in Primary Support at SAP. Since then, I have worked in various positions at the interface between business and IT and soon learned that this role suits me and that I like to mediate “between the worlds”. As a requirements engineer and business analyst, I have supported numerous customers from different industries in the implementation of IT projects. It was always important to me to get everyone involved and to develop a common project vision right from the start.
I studied international business administration at the University of Vienna. After finishing my studies I moved to Great Britain. I spent a wonderful, formative year there at Swansea University in Wales and earned a Masters in Business Administration.
Unfortunately, end users are still neglected in many web applications. In the end, they have to use all developed systems. Since I wanted to know how to create applications that are easy to understand and use without having to attend training courses, I decided to study again and received my master's degree in User Experience Management at the Technikum Academy in Vienna in November 2020.
I have been working as an independent IT consultant since October 2023. My focus is on UX design and the conception of IT projects. I help my customers turn a rough idea into a concrete IT project and implement it in a user-centered way.
