Project Scope and Prioritization
One of the first steps in any IT project is defining the (initial) system boundaries. Of course, these can be changed as part of agile development. By drawing a clear boundary, it becomes clear who has a stake in a system, which other systems interfaces are necessary and which functions a system should offer. Only with a clear project scope is it possible to plan other steps, such as requirements gathering or user research.
Requirements Engineering
A detailed, well-planned elicitation of requirements saves time and money during development and is the basis for a simple user interface. Only when it is clear what an application should be able to do can a suitable user interface be designed. An experienced requirements engineer interviews everyone affected, uncovers gaps and ensures that requirements are coordinated and consistent.
Usability Testing
Whether an application is actually user-friendly only becomes clear when you test it with real users. As part of a usability test, test subjects carry out predefined tasks. Even with just a few participants, valuable insights can be gained. The tests can be carried out remotely or on site. It also makes sense to check usability on prototypes and thus save development costs.

In order to start developing an IT system, a lot of planning is required. Only if technology, design, UX concept and requirements engineering work together can the project be completed in a timely manner and within the planned budget. I will help you capture all the necessary tasks and turn them into a feasible plan.
Usability Check
Similar to a usability test, a usability check is used to check the usability of a prototype or a finished system. As a UX expert, I have various methods to evaluate usability even without test subjects and to make suggestions for improvement.
